Creating a Project

1. In the "Database" or "Workspace" list, select a folder for the new project.

2. Do one of the following:

   • In the Insert menu, select Project.

   • Click the Insert Project button.

   The new project is created with a default name; the name is highlighted for editing.

   Note
   For workspaces, the length of the path is limited to 180 characters. When the path of the new project would exceed that length, an error message opens and the procedure is aborted.

3. Edit the name and press <Enter>.
4. Open the project in the project editor.
