Creating Continuous Time Blocks

1. In the "Database" or "Workspace" list, select a folder for the new CT block.

2. In the Insert menu, point to CT Block and select <item type>.

   The following item types are available: Block Diagram, C code, and ESDL.

   The new CT block is created with the selected item type, a default name and layout.

   Note
   For workspaces, the length of the path is limited to 180 characters. When the path of the new component would exceed that length, an error message opens and the procedure is aborted.

3. Edit the name and press Enter.
