Creating an Icon

1. In the Component Manager, select a folder for the new icon.

2. Do one of the following:

   • In the Insert menu, select Icon.
   • Press <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <i>.
   • In the context menu, point to Insert and select Icon.

   The new icon is created with a default name and layout.

   Note
   For workspaces, the length of the path is limited to 180 characters. When the path of the new icon would exceed that length, an error message opens and the procedure is aborted.

3. Edit the name and press <Enter>.
4. Start the icon editor.
5. Load a bitmap.
6. Scale the icon.
