ES583.1 Bus Interface Module (USB module for FlexRay)
This module is available only if the INCA-FlexRay add-on is also installed.
The ES583.1 is an interface module for bus analysis on the basis of physical signals as well as for the measurement, calibration and diagnostics of control devices. The hardware is connected to the PC at the USB interface. The ES583.1 offers a FlexRay interface with the two channels A and B and an XCP on FlexRay interface.
Before you can use the ES583.1 in INCA, you must install the USB drivers for the device. They can be found enclosed with the hardware.
Module Description
The ES583.1 has one FlexRay interface with the two channels A and B and an XCP on FlexRay interface.
INCA supports up to eight ES583.1 modules simultaneously.
Module Parameters
Parameters tabNameEnter any name for the system.
Serial numberShows the serial number read from the device.
If the hardware is not connected or if it was not found during the hardware search, enter the complete number by hand (it can be found on the device).
The serial number must be entered as it is needed by INCA to identify the device. The serial number is stored in the hardware configuration.
Firmware versionShows the firmware version of the connected hardware module.
