Specification View

The Specification view contains the drawing area. In this area the state machine can be specified. It is selected via the Specification tab at the right-hand side of the editor window.

The size of the drawing area can be adjusted in the ASCET options window, Paper Size node. Keep the following in mind: If you select a size larger than the fixed size (2000 x 2000 px) of previous ASCET versions (V5.2.0 and earlier), and use the larger area for modeling, the component cannot be completely displayed in older versions. Elements outside the drawing area cannot be deleted from the component because you cannot remove their occurrences from the drawing area.
