Revoking a Promotion (Configuration Windows)

You can revoke a promotion from the global or project-specific CodeGen Message Configuration window.

Note

Promotions of AMD/AXL import messages can only be revoked in the global configuration window.

  1. Open the respective CodeGen Message Configuration window.
  2. Select one or more messages whose promotion you want to revoke.
  3. Right-click the selection and select Revoke Promotion from the context menu.

  4. Close the CodeGen Message Configuration window with OK.

    Messages of these types are once again displayed in the Messages tab of the ASCET monitor window in their original form during the next code generation.
