Opening a CodeGen Message Configuration Window
Two CodeGen Message Configuration windows are available, one for global message configuration, one for project-specific message configuration.
Opening the global configuration window
The global CodeGen Message Configuration window can be accessed from the Build node in the ASCET options window.
- Open the ASCET options window.
- Go to the Build node.
Follow the Configure Code Generation Messages link.
The global CodeGen Message Configuration window opens.
Opening the project-specific configuration window
You can open the project-specific CodeGen Message Configuration window either from the ASCET monitor window or from a project's Project Properties window. The first case is only available if at least one message is displayed in the Messages tab.
Do the following:
- In the ASCET monitor window, right-click the Messages tab.
- Select Settings from the context menu.
Or
Do the following:
- Open the Project Properties window.
- Go to the Build node.
- Follow the Configure Code Generation Messages link.
The project-specific CodeGen Message Configuration window opens.
