Exporting Items of an Experiment

To export items (layer, window, variable user interface) of an experiment for use in other experiments:

In the Experiment Elements list box, select the item you want to export. Keep the Ctrl key pressed if you want to highlight more than one item.
In the Elements menu, select Export.
The Export options dialog box opens.
Select the database type.
Note
The INCA 7 x64 database type is a 64 bit database introduced with INCA V7.3. If you want to export for INCA V7.2 or earlier, select INCA 7 database type.
Click OK.
The Specify file name for selected experiment parts dialog box opens.
Select the directory you want to use as an export directory.
Enter a file name for the item you want to export.
The item is exported to a file with the file name extension .ee64 for a INCA 7 x64 database type or .ee for a INCA 7 database type.
Click Save.
The selected item is exported to the file. The variables it contains are also exported.
