Assigning Inputs and Outputs (ASCMO-STATIC)

To define the input and output variables of your model, proceed as follows:

  1. In the "ASCMO Data Import" window, "Available Data" list, select the input variables of the measured data.

  2. Click on Inputs or press <Ctrl> + <i>.

    The variables are added to the "Inputs" list. The type Normal is preselected. In the "Available Data" list, the input variables are marked with (i).

  3. In the "Inputs" list, click in the "Type" column of an input and select a type from the combo box.

    The following types are available: Normal, Operating Point Axis 1, Operating Point Axis 2, Discrete.

  4. In the "Available Data" list, select the output variables of the measured data.

  5. Click on Outputs or press <Ctrl> + <o>.

    The variables are added to the "Outputs" list. In the "Available Data" list, they are marked with (o).

  6. To remove a variable from the "Inputs" or "Outputs" list, select the variable, click on the respective Remove button or press <Ctrl> + <r>.

  7. If desired, use the and buttons to sort the "Inputs" and "Outputs" lists.
