Editing Ports
You can move the ports of a graphical occurrence and show/hide their names.
Right-click the included component, point to Ports in the context menu and select Unconnected Ports to show or hide all unconnected ports of the graphical occurrence.
Note
Unconnected Ports hides the ports; they are not removed. Operations like Minimal Size behave as if the ports were visible.
Right-click a port and select Pin Names <pin name> from the context menu to show/hide the display of the port name.
If the port name is displayed, Pin Names <pin name> has a tick beside it.
Right-click a port with a sequence call and select Sequence Call from the context menu to show/hide the display of the sequence call.
Note
If flexible layout is activated (see Layout of Included Components), the following possibilities are also available.
Use the mouse to drag the port you want to move to the required position.
You can position the port wherever there is no other port.
Right-click the included component, point to Layout in the context menu and select Attributes.
The Layout Settings window opens.
In the Layout Settings window, do the following:
- In the Visibility area, activate or deactivate the Name of Pins option to show/hide the name of all pins in the selected element.
- Confirm your settings with OK.
