Setting up an Event Directly

1. In the Outline tab of the experiment window, select the process or method for which you want to generate an event.

2. Do one of the following:

   • Right-click the process or method and select Stimulate from the context menu.

   • In the Extras menu, select Stimulate.

   The event is enabled and the Event for window is opened for the event. Using this command is equivalent to first enabling the event in the Event Generator window and then editing it.
