Adjusting the Logging Options
In the data logger, open the Options menu and select Logging Options.
A message window with information on the data logger settings opens.
In the message window, do the following:
Read the information.
If you want to apply your answer to all such cases, activate Don't show this hint again.
You can revoke this setting in the ASCET options window, Confirmation Dialogs node.
Confirm the message with OK.
The Logging Options window opens.
- Select the logging mode.
- Set up data transfer to the host.
- Set up the target buffer.
- Select an output format.
The settings in the Logging Options window determine the number of channels that can be logged simultaneously. The number is shown at the bottom of the dialog window and updated every time you change any settings. The current limiting factor is also shown here. If you enter a setting that exceeds any limits set by other settings or the available resources, an error message is shown, and the setting is not changed.
