Enabling Automatic Transmission of E-Mails

The Send E-Mail option allows you to enable the automatic transmission of e-mails to the ETAS support.

1. Open the ASCET options window and go to the Options node.

2. Activate the Send E-Mail option.

   With that, the automatic transmission of the e-mail to the ETAS support is enabled.

   If your mail program is not MAPI-compliant, this function is ignored.

3. Activate Report User Name.

   With that, your user name is added to error reports for support purposes.

4. In the E-Mail Address field, enter the current support address.

5. Click OK to accept the settings.

   The next time you select Problem Report from the Help menu, an e-mail is sent to the support. This function is explained in detail in ETAS Problem Report Support Function.
