Setting Paths for External Tools

Use the External Make Utility, C Preprocessor, Output Redirector Utility, C Code Beautifier and Perl Compiler options to set paths to external tools.

1. Open the ASCET Options window and go to the External Tools node (or another node that contains a tool path).
2. In the node, click the button next to the option you want to change.
3. The Windows file selection window appears.
4. Select the directory that contains the tool.

5. Select the desired file and click Open.

   File name and path are displayed in the text field.
