Project Data

The Project Data tab contains project-related settings that are used for A2L export.

The settings entered in this tab are saved persistently in the project file. Therefore, they do not have to be entered again each time an A2L file is exported.

The Project Data tab contains the following settings:

Project Identification: Specifies a text identifier for the project. The project identification is saved together with the project.
ETK_XETK AML Version: Specifies the AML version used for exporting ETK_XETK A2L definitions.
XCP AML Version: Specifies the AML version used for exporting XCP A2L definitions.
IP address: Specifies the IP address used for the XCP A2L export.
Subnet mask: Specifies the subnet mask used for the XCP A2L export.
XCP Port: Specifies the XCP port used for the XCP A2L export.
TCP Transport Layer Instance: Specifies the transport layer instance name used for TCP in the XCP A2L export.
UDP Transport Layer Instance: Specifies the transport layer instance name used for UDP in the XCP A2L export.

To take over network settings from a selected device, click Take network settings from selected device. The IP address, subnet mask, and port are copied from the selected device to the project data.

The button can only be used if a suitable device is selected and the device provides fixed network settings.
