Logger via XCP
Note |
---|
The Logger tab is only available for BR_XETK-S3.0A / BR_XETK-S3.0C in Extended Mode (Mode> Extended Mode) |
The XETK can read the measurement configuration (grid and signals) from the ECU and send it via multicast. A data logger, which is registered for this multicast address, records the received measured values and processes them further. The whole process therefore takes place without the involvement of an MC tool. With a parallel connection to XCT, the XETK can send log messages via XCP events during the measurement. XCT then displays the log messages in the Application Log.
You can set the following parameters for logging:
-
Enable (Yes/No)
-
Protocol (e.g. XCP)
-
Transport layer (e.g. UDP Multicast)
-
Multicast target address
-
Multicast port
-
Trigger condition for sending the measurement data (e.g. "On Link Available")
-
Debug Log Level
-
Logging Disabled: 0x0
-
Log Everything: 0xFF
