Append existing Project

Appending existing projects is a way to open a configuration to an existing project A project is a container for configurations. Projects offer the possibility to work with configurations. Projects allow you to use basic file management operations typical for MS Windows applications.. Thus two existing projects are combined. This is possible only if the already opened project and the project to be opened have different configuration types. To append an existing project:

1. On the File menu, click Append existing project.
   The dialog opens 'Append existing project'.
2. Select the project you would like to append to the already opened project.
3. Click on the Open button.
   The configuration tab(s) of the new appended project are displayed in the Configuration Window.
