ProF Configurations
Before you can program a particular control device type, its ProF configuration has to be installed. You can install and manage several configurations for different control device types, and several variants of one configuration.
When you are working with the ProF tool, only one configuration can be the current configuration.
If you use the wrong configuration, you may not be able to address the ECU.
