Daisy Chain Module

The rugged micro I/O and measurement modules of the ES4xx system, the ES63x accurate measurement modules for in-vehicle and in-lab usage, and the ES93x Multi-IO modules are interconnected in daisy chains.

The first module in each chain can either be hooked up to the Ethernet port on the PC using XCP on Ethernet, or to an ES600 network module. If ES4xx, ES63x and ES93x modules are connected to the same ES600 network module, they are synchronized with each other.

Regardless of the measurement modules you use in your daisy chains, you have to set global parameters for the daisy chain as a whole. These settings apply to all of the connected measurement modules;the daisy chain does not use a separate platform module.

Name

Enter any name for the system.

INCA hardware communication

Shows the hardware connection between the hardware and the PC.

You cannot edit this field.
