Embedding Variable User Interfaces

To embed a variable user interface in the current user interface:

In the Components menu, select Sub VUI.
A file selection dialog box opens.
Select the file (file name extension: .vui).
Click Open.
The variable user interface is loaded and can be positioned in the current user interface.
Scale the embedded user interface to the required size.
If necessary, scroll bars are added automatically so that you later scroll in the embedded user interface.

Note
It is recommended to use the original instruments instead of embedding variable user interfaces. This avoids complicated layouts, which may lead to problems, e.g. when exchanging layouts across INCA installations.
