Ending Measure Data Display and Recording
To end measure data recording and display:
In the Measurement menu, select Stop Measuring or click
.The measure data recording and display of measure data is ended.
If the measure data recording had already started, the Output File Properties Dialog Box dialog box opens. In this case, do the following:
- Specify path and file name for the recorded measure data.
- Insert information for the file comment.
If you want to make sure that the information in this dialog box will be used as default information for future recordings with this recorder, activate the following checkboxes:
Write file settings to recorder configuration
To use current file settings as default.
Write comment information to recorder configuration
To use current comment information as default.
Click Save.
The recorded measure data and the comment are saved to the specified file.
INCA writes both the variable name and the free identifier (MDF Display Identifier) of measure data in the file.
