Sending a Problem Report Using the Support Function

To send a problem report with the support function:

  1. In the database manager, in the ? menu, point to LOG files, and then select Zip.

    A dialog box opens in which you can enter text.

  2. Click OK.

    The report is zipped and can be sent automatically by e-mail if your system is installed accordingly.

  3. To send the report, in the ? menu, point to LOG files, and then select Send.

    The file is sent to the INCA hotline service.
