You can make the following settings for the value history:
Data handling
Defines how changes to the dataset are to be recorded in the value history.
Persistent
Changes to the dataset are recorded constantly. New entries are inserted under existing entries.
Session
Changes to the dataset are recorded per INCA session. The entries of the previous session are overwritten by the entries of the current session.
Never, automatic calibration log turned off
Changes to the dataset are not recorded automatically.
Write log file
Defines the time at which the value history is to be generated.
Session ends
The value history is generated after the end of a session (experiment environment, application data manager, ASAM-2MC Editor).
Recording ends
The value history is generated after the end of recording.
Never, automatic calibration log turned off
No automatic value history is generated.
File format
Defines the file format in which the value history is generated.
Calibration Log
The value history is generated in ASCII format.
MDF
The value history is generated in MDF (Measure Data Format) format.
Variable name
Defines whether the name of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable address
Defines whether the memory address of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable unit
Defines whether the unit of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable data type
Defines whether the data type of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable formula
Defines whether the calculation formula of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable interval
Defines whether the variable interval of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable new value
Defines whether the new value of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable old value
Defines whether the old value of the calibration variable is entered in the value history.
Variable axis value
Defines whether the axis value of the changed calibration variable is entered in the value history.
