Export Options Dialog Box

To open this dialog box, click .

This dialog box contains the following fields and buttons:

Export path

Shows the directory search path into which the data objects are to be exported.

You can enter the file including search path either directly (manually or by copy and paste) or select it using the ... button.

The ... button opens a dialog box in which you can select the directory for the export file.

Include referenced items

Exports not only the selected database object but also all referenced database objects and external files. If this option is set, you are not asked each time you export whether all database objects should be overwritten.

Select one of the following options:

All data sets of the referenced ECU projects	Exports all datasets referenced by the ECU project.
Only referenced data sets	Exports only datasets that are referenced by the exported database object.

In the user options you can define an option to be used as default. Click > Import / Export tab > Export area.

One file for each item

Exports all selected database objects and referenced external files to a file.

File Format

Defines the database type of the export file. The INCA 7 x64 database is a 64 bit database introduced with INCA V7.3. If you want to export for INCA V7.2 or earlier, select INCA 7 database.

The OK button opens a dialog box in which you can define the path and file name of the export file.

Cancel

The Cancel button closes the dialog box. No export is performed.
