Defining CDM Settings
CDM provides a large number of option settings for setting the CDM behavior. These option settings are saved for each individual CDM configuration.
To define the CDM settings for a CDM configuration:
In the Options menu of the CDM window, select Settings, or click on the Settings
button in the CDM toolbar. The CDM: Settings dialog box opens.
- Select the tab containing the settings you want to change.
- To change a setting, double-click on the Value field. Depending on the type of the field, you can either enter a value directly, select a setting from a list, or open a selection dialog, for example, for selecting a file or a path.
The string <---> in the Value field indicates that double-clicking this field will open a sub-dialog with further options.
Note
When you mark an option or place the cursor in the Value field of an option, a brief help text of the option is displayed in the information area at the bottom of the dialog box.
Click OK.
Your settings are accepted.
Note |
The options are applied only to the current CDM configuration. You can reset each option to its original setting by clicking the Default button. The currently selected option will be reset to the setting that is saved in the CDMdefault.ini file. |
