Maximum Filling Level of the Raster Is Reached
In the Variable selection dialog, the filling level in percent of the corresponding raster is shown. As soon as the maximum filling level of the raster is reached, no further variables can be added to this raster.
For ETK/XETK/FETK devices, not only raster-specific limitations can exist but also limitations that are caused by dependencies between different rasters. For example, shared resources can be utilized by several rasters. By that, overall limits of the ECU, the ETK/XETK/FETK device, or the ETAS hardware can influence the filling level of a specific raster.
If the filling level of a raster is shown in red, you can try the following:
- Disable variables in the raster so that they are set to inactive.
- Measure variables in a different raster, e.g., in a slower raster.
- Use a more performant ETAS hardware. Especially when using ES690, ES590, or ES591, replace it by hardware such as ES592, ES593, ES595, or ES910.
