Add FMU-based signals

Add new signals based on a Functional Mock-up Unit (FMU) model.

  1. After adding the Add FMU-based signals operation, click Select file.

  2. In the file selection dialog, select the FMU file you want to use.

  3. In the Time steps input field, enter a positive value and select the required unit from the drop-down list.

  4. In the Input mapping section, for each entry in the FMU input column, select the corresponding signal from the Signal name drop-down list.

    The available signals in the Signal name drop-down list are based on the selected signal sources. See, Signal source.

  5. In the Output mapping section, for each entry in the FMU output column, enter a name in the Signal name field.

Note  

FMU-based signals may replace existing signals with the same name.

Changing the FMU file resets all input and output mappings.
