Step 6: Snippet Configuration

Real driving scenarios can be integrated to the experiment plan by loading previously measured data. Snippets are extracted from the imported measured data and included randomly into the plan.

"Dataset" row with Import button

If no cycle is loaded, the load button is available. If a cycle is loaded, the remove button is available. Use these buttons to load or remove a cycle.

Sample Time [ts]

ts is the sampling time (in time steps) to which the imported cycle is resampled. The value is specified during snippet configuration.

"Min. duration between Snippets" field

Determines the minimal distance in time steps [ts] between two snippets of the imported cycle.

"Minimum Snippet Length" field

Determines the minimum length in time steps [ts] of a cycle snippet.

"Maximum Snippet Length" field

Determines the maximum length in time steps [ts] of a cycle snippet.
