Using Mode Groups

Using a mode group contains the following steps:

1. Create a mode group and insert the modes you need.
2. Add the mode group to a SenderReceiver interface.
3. Add the SenderReceiver interface to an SWC.
4. Open the SWC in the software component editor.
5. In the Event Specification tab of the software component editor, create and set up a ModeSwitch event.
6. If desired, disable individual modes.

7. Assign the ModeSwitch event to a runnable.

   With that, the runnable execution will be triggered by the ModeSwitch event.
