Setting up a Gaussian Stimulation Mode

This mode is only available for numerical variables. It stimulates the variable using a random number generator with Gaussian distribution.

1. Open the Stimulus window for a data generator channel (see Setting up a Channel in the Data Generator).
2. In the Mode combo box, select gaussian.
3. In the Mean field, enter the mean value of the Gaussian distribution.
4. In the Variance field, enter the variance of the Gaussian distribution.
5. Click OK or Apply.
