Importing Options

Exported options can be reimported again. This means that, for example, identical options can be defined for several users.

1. Open the ASCET options window.
2. Select the node whose options you want to import.

3. Do one of the following:

   • Click the button

   • In the File menu, select Import.

   A confirmation window opens.

4. If you do not want the confirmation dialog to be displayed in future, disable Show next time (see Confirmation Dialog Options).

5. Confirm the overwriting of the existing options with OK.

   The Windows file selection dialog box opens. *.xml is specified as format.

6. Select the XML file that contains the options required.

7. Click Open.

   The options contained in the XML file specified are applied to the options window.
