Unlocking an Item

Note that any locked item will be unlocked automatically when you Commit the item.

Proceed as follows to unlock an item manually:

1. In the ASCET component manager, select the currently locked items you want to unlock.

2. In the SCM menu, point to Additional Commands and select Release Lock.

   The selected items are unlocked. Their associated icons now include a grey circle, , which indicates the unlocked state. The Unlock: Results dialog box opens; it shows the detailed results of the operation.

3. Close the Unlock: Results dialog box.
