Required Firewall Extensions

The firewall used on the client PC must be configured in such a way, that it does not block the communication between LiMa Core and its clients.

The ETAS License Manager (LiMa) installer is extending the firewall by default with following rules to ensure the communication on local host:

ETAS Licensing Framework Vx.y.z.build	Inbound rule	TCP	Domain
ETAS Licensing Framework Vx.y.z.build	Inbound rule	UDP	Domain

By default the LiMaserver.exe will open the listening port 32200, but this can be changed by the customer, e.g. if multiple users shall get access with separate ports.
