About ETAS License and Download Portal
This is the guide to the ETAS License and Download Portal. This document is an introduction to terminology and concepts, and a basic primer on tasks you can perform with the portal. It is meant for use by software customers to allow them to track and manage their License assets and Downloads.
Technical Support is available to customers with current maintenance contracts. Please include the following information with your inquiry:

You can use the ETAS License and Download Portal to create and manage licenses and to download software packages:

Generation of fulfillments and tracking of software licenses

Transparency of license terms, such as maintenance expiry dates

Flexible login capacity

Download of purchased software packages, Service Packs, Upgrades and Hotfixes

Support for several license-related transactions, both before and after license generation (activation, return, rehost, consolidation, viewing and printing entitlements)
