Return

A return refers to the process of moving license rights from a user to another user. By returning a license the number of available copies in the ETAS License & Download Portal increases by the amount of returned licenses, so a new license key can be generated.

Navigate to Licenses.
Click List Licenses.
Select a Fulfillment ID.
Click Return
Confirm the following dialog with Return

Note
For the returned fulfillment no license file can be saved any more. Return is only allowed for User named licenses, once a year. The difference to a rehost is that the license is not activated again.
