Defining Settings for Quality and Process Meta Data
Settings for quality meta data and process meta data can be defined in different places:
- Settings applying to INCA in general are made in the INCA user options.
- Settings applying to list and compare actions in the CDM are made in the Calibration Data Manager.
INCA Database Manager
To define settings for quality meta data in the INCA Database Manager:
In the Options menu, select User options.
The User options - User name dialog box opens.
- Select the Data exchange tab.
Double-click the Value column for the option Quality Meta Data to open the corresponding dialog box. Here you can make settings for dealing with quality meta data information. These settings apply to data exchange via both PaCo and CDF V2.0 files.
At the bottom of the dialog box, you can display a brief description of the setting by marking the setting.
Click OK.
Your settings are accepted.
Calibration Data Manager
To define settings for listing and comparing quality and process meta data in the Calibration Data Manager:
In the Options menu, select Settings.
The CDM: Settings dialog box opens.
- Select the List or Compare tab.
Double-click the Value column of the corresponding entry for quality meta data or process meta data.
The setting dialog box opens.
Make your settings (settings for listing quality meta data, settings for comparing quality meta data, or settings for comparing process meta data).
At the bottom of the dialog box, you can display a brief description of the setting by marking the setting.
Click OK.
Your settings are accepted.
