Calibration Using XETK-M
An XETK-M can be directly connected to the PC via an Ethernet interface (XCP), like the XETK. Additionally, the XETK-M supports ECUs with multi-core processors, where one multi-core processor can run multiple applications simultaneously. Up to eight applications are supported. Depending on the applications, one or more cores are represented in INCA by a separate logical ECU.
The physical XETK-M device is mapped by serial number.
To add the logical ECUs, select the Ethernet-System and click Hardware > Search for Hardware.
The selected logical ECUs are added.
The serial number of each logical ECU can be identified by using the serial number of the XETK-M and appending the index of the logical ECU.
You can now select the logical ECU that belongs to the application you want to work on and add the specific project and A2L file to the selected logical ECU.
