Calibration Using XETK

XETK are hardware devices similar to ETK which, in contrast to other ETK, can be directly connected to the PC via the Ethernet interface (XCP). Therefore no additional hardware is required for the connection to INCA. Alternatively XETK can also be connected to an ES600 network module (also cascaded).

The individual XETK types basically differ in the sort and scope of ECU memory emulation. XETK can emulate either the ECU program and data or only data without any program element. These differences take effect in INCA in the Memory Page Manager via an available corresponding function.

XETK support high effective throughput of about 2 MBytes or more.

Regardless what XETK type you use, the parameterization described here applies equally for all XETK types.
