Mapping Hardware Manually

You can make these settings only if you have created more hardware in INCA than you have connected, or if you have connected more hardware than you have created in INCA, or if you have released the connections suggested by INCA.

To map hardware manually if there are hardware of the same type in the workspace:

  1. In the Hardware menu, select Hardware Mapping.

    The Hardware Mapping dialog box opens.

  2. In the INCA Hardware Configuration field, mark the hardware created in INCA.
  3. In the Detected Hardware field, mark a suitable connected hardware. You can identify hardware by their serial numbers, their internal names (alias) or their types.
  4. Click >>.

    The new connection is displayed in the Connected field and marked with Generate/hw-info51.jpg.
