Delete Lines Dialog
You can delete selected characteristic lines from the Daisy Chain configuration program or the device by selecting Delete Lines from the Device menu.
Deleting selected lines is only supported for Lambda devices of the ES63x family.
The Delete Lines Dialog is divided into two parts:
- The left side of the dialog lists all lines that are stored globally in the Daisy Chain configuration program.
- The right side of the dialog lists all lines that are stored in the hardware device that is currently selected in the Topology list.
You can delete lines both from the Daisy Chain configuration program and from the device. The dialog contains the following fields and buttons:
Please select unused lines for deleting
Select the lines that you would like to delete by clicking on the line. If you would like to select more than one line, you can use the Shift or Ctrl key for multi-selection of several lines.

Default lines or active lines can not be deleted. Whether a line is unused, active, user-defined, or a default line, is indicated in brackets behind the name of the line.. |
Delete Lines in GUI
Deletes the selected lines from the Daisy Chain configuration program.
Delete Lines in Device
Deletes the selected lines from the device.

You must start the delete action explicitly by clicking the Delete Lines in GUI or Delete Lines in Device button. If you leave the dialog by clicking OK button without clicking the corresponding Delete Lines button before, the selected lines will not be deleted. |
OK
Closes the dialog without deleting any further lines.
