Assigning a Measurement Variable to a Channel

To assign measurement variables to the channels of a device:

Select a the device in the Hardware devices list.
Select the Channels tab.
In the Name column, mark the channel to which you want to assign a measurement variable.
In the Channels menu, select Assign measure variables.
A dialog box for selecting measurement variables opens.
Select the desired measurement variable.
Click OK.
The measurement variable is assigned to the channel.
