Moving Graphic Elements to the Foreground

To move graphic elements in front of measure and calibration instruments:

Open the View menu.
If the Graphics over widgets menu function is not checked, select this menu function.
The menu function is checked. All graphic elements are placed in front of all measure and calibration instruments.
