Moving Elements to the Foreground

To move elements in front of other elements:

Mark the elements you want to place in the foreground.
In the Edit menu, select Bring to front.
The marked elements are placed in front of the other elements.

Note
You cannot move graphic elements freely in front of or behind other elements. All graphic elements are either behind or in front of other elements.
