Moving Elements to the Background

To move elements behind other elements:

Mark the elements you want to place in the background.
In the Edit menu, select Send to back.
The marked elements are placed behind the other elements.

Note
You cannot move graphic elements freely in front of or behind other elements. All graphic elements are either behind or in front of other elements.
