Recorder Configuration - MDA

To open this dialog box, in the Experiment Environment click > MDA tab.

On this tab, you can make the following settings for the MDA:

Open MDA when recording stops

It defines whether the measured data analyzer should be opened automatically with the last recorded measurement file after recording stops.

Automatically generate XDA configuration file(s) for MDA

It defines whether an analysis configuration file (*.xda) should be created for the MDA so that the MDA starts with the same configuration that is used in the current experiment.

Automatic snapshots

It defines whether MDA should be opened with the temporarily created measurement file (snapshot) when a trigger is issued or the recording is interrupted.

Purge snapshot files when exiting experiment

It defines whether the temporary measurement files, whose creation date is earlier than the current date, should be deleted after closing the experiment.

Include all data since start of recording

It defines whether the recording range in every temporary measurement file should start at the start of the entire recording.

Include all data since last snapshot

It defines whether the recording range in every temporary measurement file should start at the end of the previous recording.

Amount of time to be included (sec)

It defines the size of the recording range (information in seconds) in every temporary measurement file.
