Using Measurement Reduction
To configure the settings for the measurement reduction of a recorder:
- In the list of recorders, select the recorder for which you want to configure the measurement reduction.
In the context menu, select the Open Recorder Configuration (Ins) command or double-click on the desired recorder.
The dialog box Recorder Configuration opens.
- Select the Recording tab.
Set the measurement reduction in the Reduction fields:
In the list on the left, select a device.
The table on the right displays the settings for the available measure rates.
- Set the factor for every desired measure rate in the corresponding line in the Factor field by which you want to reduce the number of measured values during the recording.
- Set the delay value for the reduction in the Delay field. The measured variables are not immediately reduced during the recording start, but after the delay has expired.
Click OK.
The settings you made are accepted.
