Creating a New Recorder

To create a new recorder:

1. In the Experiment Environment, click or select from the Measurement menu the menu function Open Recorder Manager (Ctrl + F11).

   The Recorder Manager opens.

2. In the toolbar, click on the icon or select the Create New Recorder (Ctrl +n) command in the context menu of the recorder list.

   The new recorder appears in the recorder list.

3. Add the variables that should be recorded with the recorder. Proceed as follows:

   1. Click or select the Add Variables (Ins) command in the context menu of the recorder.
      The Variable Selection dialog box opens.
   2. Select the desired variables.
   3. Click OK.
4. Define the output file (see Defining the Output File).
5. If necessary, define the settings for the measurement reduction (see User Measurement Reduction).
6. Define the trigger conditions (see Define an Automatic Start Trigger, Define a Manual Start Trigger or Define an Automatic Stop Trigger).
