Setting the Length of the Time Axis

To set the length of the time axis in the YT oscilloscope:

In the context menu, select the Properties menu function.
The oscilloscope display properties appear in the Variable Selection dialog.
Enter a value in seconds in the Span(s) field of the Time Axes table.

You may also use split seconds.
Confirm the change with OK.
Change the time axis length.

In the XY mode, the XY Time span field entry in the X Axis table defines the duration in which a measurement is displayed in a display area. Thus, a variation of this value permits an extended or shortened presentation of the signal curve.
