Defining Object Display

Note

You can make these settings only if maps are displayed as objects (3D display) in the Combined Editor.

To define object display for maps in the Combined Editor:

  1. In the context menu, select Properties.

The dialog box Properties: Combined Editor opens.

  2. Select the 3D Graphic tab.
  3. Select a setting in the Representation line:

    • flat to set a 2-dimensional view of the object.
    • solid to set a 3-dimensional view of the object. The space between the base area and the surface of the object is filled.
  4. In the Surface line, select a menu function:

    • Transparent colored to display the object as a multicolor curve net
    • Multi Color to display the object as a multicolor area
    • Transparent edit mode to display the object as curve net on which the calibration values can be processed directly
    • Edit mode to edit the calibration values directly on the object
    • Transparent One Color to display the object as a single-color curve net
    • Process Point Histogram displays the history of the process point.

      Note

Features related to process point display do not support multidimensional maps (i.e. maps with three or more inputs).

    • One Color to display the object as a single-color area

      Note

You can edit the object in calibration mode only.
