Scalar Table Editor Context Menu
To open this dialog box, in the Experiment Environment right-click in a Scalar Table Editor Window.
This menu contains the following functions:
Decrement
Decrements the data by a default value.
Increment
Increments the data by a default value.
Add Offset
Increases or decreases the data by a certain value.
Multiply by Factor
Multiplies the data by a certain value.
Divide by a divisor
Divides the data by a certain value.
Fill with Values
Replaces the data by a certain value.
Reset to Reference Page Value
Resets the value to the reference page value.
Copy
Copies the data settings to the clipboard.
Paste
Inserts the data settings from the clipboard.
Optimize Column Size
Adapts the width of the table cells to the contents.
Optimize Window Size
Adapts the window to the screen size for optimum display. Ideally, the column width should be such that all contents are fully visible and, where possible, the complete table is shown.
Variable Order
Opens the Variable Order dialog box for changing the variable order.
Transform
Starts the transformation process described in the A2L file.
The ASAM MCD2 MC standards defines transformer DLL files for special conversion methods. If no valid DLL entries are present, it is displayed on the Monitor window.
Limited Emulation RAM
When you are using Limited Emulation RAM functionality, you might want to calibrate more variables than can be emulated at a time. In this case all variables which have not been emulated get write protected and are displayed in gray. If you want to calibrate currently write-protected variables, you can use this sub-menu. Selecting a sub-menu item will reconfigure the emulation RAM with focus on the corresponding variables.
Try to emulate all variables | INCA tries to emulate all variables that are part of the current calibration instrument. |
Try to emulate selected variables | INCA tries to emulate all variables that are selected in the current calibration instrument. |
Note |
When the emulation RAM shall be changed, INCA asks you to switch to the ECU reference page beforehand. INCA will only reconfigure the emulation RAM if all of the corresponding variables can be emulated; if this is not possible, no reconfiguration will take place. In this case you can free the emulation RAM by flashing the INCA Working Page to the ECU. |
For detailed information see the PDF document Serial (X)ETK Calibration Concepts — Limited Emulation RAM, which you can find in the Manuals folder of your INCA installation.
Data Quality Management
Note |
These menu functions are only available if the add-on module QM-BASIC was installed. |
Contains menu functions for the calibration history entries of the current variable:
Edit last history entry | Opens a dialog box in which you can edit the previous status entry. |
Create new history entry | Opens a dialog box in which you can create a new status entry. |
Browse calibration history | Opens a dialog box in which your status history is displayed. |
Adaptive Characteristics
Contains menu functions for editing adaptive characteristics:
Write to PaCo File | Opens a dialog box in which you can select the adaptive parameters whose values you want to save in a PaCo file. |
Write to CDF File | Opens a dialog box in which you can select the adaptive parameters whose values you want to save in a CDF file. |
Write to CVX File | Opens a dialog box in which you can select the adaptive parameters whose values you want to save in a CVX file. |
Write to DCM File | Opens a dialog box in which you can select the adaptive parameters whose values you want to save in a DCM file. |
Read Adapt. Characteristics from File | Opens a dialog box in which you can select a file from which you want to read the adaptive parameters. |
